We have a heart for the hungry, and once  a month, we get together with the good folks down at the Bread of Life Soup Kitchen that Mt. Zion – St. Luke was instrumental in developing with other churches in our area. 

Volunteers prepare the food and bring it to the soup kitchen on their Wednesday to serve.  The pastor delivers a short devotion, then prays over the meal.  Anyone who comes to the soup kitchen is welcome to eat, with no questions asked. 

After a while, you get to know each other, and the regulars become friends we see in other places in the community.  In this way, we all are blessed!
